Categories, subcategories, and examples of eligible purchases
JOON is a flexible benefit that can be used at any merchant that meets the eligibility criteria within your Category Guide which can be found by clicking Eligibility criteria within any of your benefits programs.
The Category Guide includes the Program(s), categories, subcategories, and example purchases that are eligible. Keep in mind that the example purchases are not exhaustive. For example, if your company has a 'Fitness' subcategory, but you don't see your local gym on there, it will still be automatically marked as eligible.
Note: Please be sure to check the bottom of the category guide for any exclusions your organization has put into place.
