How do I remove an approved purchase from my account?

If a purchase got automatically approved that you want to remove, you can invalidate it with these easy steps!

  1. Login to your JOON account
  2. After logging into your account, click View all transactions
  3. Next to Filter By switch view from All to Approved
  4. Click on the arrow to the right of purchase you want to remove/invalidate
  5. Click "Invalidate Transaction"
  6. If a purchase should have gotten approved but didn't, you can report it for approval in your dashboard as well! Read how to do that here!
