A purchase that should be approved wasn't. Can I request approval?

Steps to manually requesting purchases be reviewed for approval

  1. Once logged into your account, click View All transactions
  2. Click on the arrow next to the purchase that should have gotten picked up automatically

  3. Enter a description if it's not clear what the purchase is or why it should be approved. Add a receipt if the transaction ID does not identify what the item was (Amazon, Walmart, Target) and then click save.

  4. Our team will review and approve, decline or follow up for more details if there is insufficient information within a couple days.

Note: If the transaction ID is not clear (i.e. some gyms are a series of letters and numbers instead of the gym name) or is from a merchant that sells everything (Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc.) we will need a receipt and explanation in order to approve the purchase.
