There are multiple possible reasons, but here are steps to follow to troubleshoot and fix the issue.
There are two reasons you may not see a purchase on your dashboard:
1. The purchase hasn't posted to your account yet. If you see transactions showing up from within the last week or so, then it's possible our system is still pulling transactions into your dashboard. It takes about 2-3 business days for your transactions to populate into our system.
Note: It's possible that a purchase made toward the end of the month won't show up in your account until the month is over. If that's the case, we recommend that you manually report that transaction with the purchase date.
2. Your card got disconnected and needs to be relinked. If you don't see transactions from the last 7 days, it's possible that your card(s) got disconnected from JOON. This typically happens as a security measure whenever your bank has an internal update to their online banking system - so some accounts may disconnect more often than not. You should receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org whenever your transaction account gets disconnected!
