Where can I see which transactions have been approved?

Understanding JOON's automatic approvals

  1. After logging into your account, click View all transactions
  2. Next to Filter By switch view from All to Approved

If you see a purchase that you think should have been approved but wasn't, you can manually request approval. If you aren't seeing any purchases, try reconnecting your Transaction Account cards.
