Where can I see my past reimbursements?

View past reimbursements to your Deposit Account in Reimbursement History

  1. Once logged into your JOON account, click on Reimbursement History in the menu in the top right corner

  2. Here,  you will see all of your past reimbursements that have already been paid out:


  3. If you have any questions about your reimbursement history, please submit a help ticket and we'll get back to you shortly! Reminder that you will not see your reimbursements show up in this view until your reimbursement has been processed (usually the middle of the following month).
