Can All of My Purchases Roll Over to the Next Month?

What about multiple smaller purchases that add up to more than my allowance?

If you have several purchases that together exceed your monthly allowance, only purchases that individually exceed your allowance are eligible to be submitted as an ongoing reimbursement. The remaining purchases will need to be covered within your available monthly balance.

Example:

• Monthly allowance: $50/month
• 6 purchases, each $20 = $120 total
• Your allowance covers $50 worth of purchases this month
• The remaining $70 across your other purchases does not roll over to next month

In this case, none of the individual purchases exceed $50, so none are eligible for an ongoing reimbursement. Only $50 worth of purchases will be reimbursed this month - the remaining $70 cannot be carried forward.

When can a purchase be submitted as an ongoing reimbursement?

A purchase may be submitted as an ongoing reimbursement if it individually exceeds your monthly or quarterly allowance. This allows that single large purchase to be paid out over multiple months until it's fully reimbursed.

Example:

• Monthly allowance: $50/month
• Single purchase: $150
• This purchase exceeds your monthly allowance and can be submitted as an ongoing reimbursement
• JOON will apply $50 toward it each month until the full $150 is reimbursed
