I Cancelled My Eligibility Request or My Purchase was Declined — Why Can't I Edit or Update With a Different Category?
Short answer
Once an purchase eligibility request has been cancelled or submitted with the wrong category, you won't be able to directly edit or retry it from the same submission. You'll need to manually resubmit the purchase with the correct category.
Why this happens
When an eligibility request is cancelled or the request for review of eligibility was declined, the original submission is closed and can't be reopened or reassigned to a different category. The quickest fix is to simply create a new manual submission with the correct category selected.
How to resubmit
To resubmit your purchase with the correct category:
- Go to your JOON dashboard
- Click Add Purchase
- Enter the purchase details and make sure to select the correct category this time
- Attach your proof of purchase and submit
