How to Request a Late or Missed Reimbursement
Short Answer
If you missed the submission deadline or grace period for a purchase, you can request a late reimbursement review by submitting a support ticket. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on your employer's policy.
When to submit a late reimbursement request
Use this form if:
- You forgot to submit a purchase before the grace period ended
- You missed the submission deadline for a past-month purchase
- Your purchase was eligible but wasn't submitted in time
What happens after you submit
Once your request is received:
- JOON will review your submission
- Your employer may be consulted for approval
- You'll be notified of the outcome
Because reimbursement policies vary by employer, late reimbursements are not always permitted. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
