I need to submit a late reimbursement — how do I do that?

Short answer

If you forgot to submit a purchase or missed the reimbursement deadline, you can request a late reimbursement review by submitting a support request.

Please note that not all employers allow late reimbursements, and submitting a request does not guarantee approval.


When to use this form

You should submit this request if:

  • You forgot to submit a purchase before the month closed and you missed the reimbursement deadline
  • You need to request reimbursement for a past-month purchase
  • Your purchase was eligible but not submitted in time

These requests are commonly referred to as late reimbursements, missed reimbursements, or past-month reimbursements.


What happens after you submit the request

  • JOON will review your request
  • Your employer may be consulted for approval
  • You will be notified if the reimbursement can be approved

Because reimbursement policies vary by employer, late reimbursements are not always permitted.
