Unsupported credit cards
Steps to request eligibility for purchases made with unsupported credit cards
Unfortunately, not all banks and credit cards are currently supported. For example:
- Apple Cards are not currently supported
- Fidelity credit cards
- Credit cards from some credit unions or regional banks
We recommend connecting a different card to your JOON account for purchases to be automatically reviewed for eligibility. Alternatively, you can manually add purchases made with your card.
