There is a 3 business day timeline for reviewing manually-added purchases for eligibility
When you add a purchase or request eligibility for an existing purchase, our team will typically review your purchase within 3 business days, not including the day you submitted the purchase. You will receive a notification once a decision is whether or not your purchase is marked as eligible.
A business day means a weekday that is not a Federal Holiday. For example, if you submit a purchase on June 1, 2022, you should expect to receive a decision by June 6, 2022.
