How do I add a credit or debit card as a transaction account?

Adding a personal card for making eligible purchases

To configure your account on JOON, first connect an account to receive reimbursements. This is called a Deposit Account.

Then, connect a credit or debit card using the following steps. This is called a Transaction Account. Alternatively, you can manually upload receipts for eligible purchases.

  1. Click the menu icon in the top right and click Linked Accounts.
  2. If you have not yet added a Transaction Account, your Linked Accounts will look like this:
  3. Click Add your card and it will launch a modal to link your card via Plaid:
  4. Once your card is successfully linked, you will see your Transaction Account listed:
  5. Repeat the same steps above to link up to two Transaction Accounts in your JOON dashboard:
