Adding a personal card for making eligible purchases
To configure your account on JOON, first connect an account to receive reimbursements. This is called a Deposit Account.
Then, connect a credit or debit card using the following steps. This is called a Transaction Account. Alternatively, you can manually upload receipts for eligible purchases.
- Click the menu icon in the top right and click Linked Accounts.
- If you have not yet added a Transaction Account, your Linked Accounts will look like this:
- Click Add your card and it will launch a modal to link your card via Plaid:
- Once your card is successfully linked, you will see your Transaction Account listed:
- Repeat the same steps above to link up to two Transaction Accounts in your JOON dashboard:
