Limits with multiple cards at the same financial institution

Some financial institutions, such as Chase, do not currently support connecting multiple cards to JOON. We therefore recommend you connect only one card per financial institution.

If you have multiple cards connected from the same financial institution and are now no longer seeing purchases automatically displaying in JOON, follow these steps:
  • Go to https://my.plaid.com/ and use the Plaid Portal to manage the data you share with JOON (and any other tool that uses Plaid). You should be able to remove the unwanted accounts and see if that resolves your issue.
  • For Chase specifically, login and go to Security & Privacy, and then Linked apps and websites. You should be able to remove all the accounts you don't want to share with JOON. You will then need to go back into your JOON account and connect the desired card again.
