If you aren't sure if you've created an account or not, you can try to reset your password. If you get an alert that no account exists, please submit a help ticket and we will resend your invitation for you.
Note: If you are a new hire, your employer may be waiting to add you at the beginning of the following month. Be sure to check with your employer when you will become eligible for your JOON benefits.
