Accessing your JOON employee account
Login to your account here and select the appropriate method. You can reset your password on the login page as well.
If you aren't sure if you've created an account or not, you can try to reset your password. If you get an alert that no account exists, please submit a help ticket and we will resend your invitation for you. Your invitation expires 3 days after it's sent - so if you didn't create an account upon receiving the invite you may need a new invitation!
Note: If you are a new hire - your employer may be waiting to add you the beginning of the following month!
