When Will I Receive my Reimbursement?
Short answer
Reimbursements are processed after the month closes and typically arrive mid-to-late the following month. For example, January reimbursements typically arrive between February 15–28. Exact timing depends on your employer's review time and your bank's processing speed.
How reimbursement timing works
Reimbursements follow a set process each month. Here's what happens from the moment you submit a purchase to when funds hit your account:

Purchase(s) Marked Eligible Your purchases are marked as Eligible in your JOON account — either after manual submission or review or automatically for connected card purchases that are approved.

Employer Review At the end of the month, all approved purchases are sent to your employer for a final review. Your reimbursement status will change to Reimbursement Pending.

Reimbursement Issued Once your employer completes their review, the status changes to Reimbursement Issued and funds are sent to your direct deposit account. After issuance, most banks post funds within 2–3 business days. Most reimbursements arrive mid-to-late in the following month.
