How to View Your Purchases & Check Their Status

Short answer

You can view all of your submitted purchases — and their current status — by clicking "All Purchases" from your JOON dashboard.


Where can I see my submitted purchases?

Once logged into JOON, click "All Purchases" from any of your benefit programs. This is where you'll find every purchase associated with your account, including recent submissions and their current status.

What do the purchase statuses mean?

  • Eligible: the purchase has been approved and will count toward your program allowance
  • Pending: the purchase is currently under review, please allow up to 3 business days for a decision
  • Ineligible: this can mean one of two things:
    • Your connected card purchase was not automatically marked as eligible. If you believe it should be, you can request eligibility directly in JOON — here's how.
    • The purchase was reviewed by our team and did not qualify for reimbursement. You'll receive an email with the reason why.

How to filter your purchases

You can filter purchases by status or search for specific purchases from the All Purchases page — this is helpful if you want to quickly find purchases that are still pending or check on a specific submission.
