My Purchases Aren't Showing Up in My JOON Dashboard

Troubleshoot why the dashboard is not displaying your purchases

Short Answer:

If your purchases aren't showing up in your account, there are a couple of possible reasons below — but if you're not sure what's going on or need help right away, submit a support ticket or chat with a member of our team and we'll look into it for you.

If you've connected a card so that your purchases are automatically reviewed for eligibility but aren't seeing your recent purchases within your dashboard, there are two possible reasons:

1. The purchase hasn't resolved yet. If you don't see a recent purchase but otherwise see purchases from within the last week or so, then it's possible that your purchase simply hasn't posted to your credit or debit card yet. There can sometimes be delays for any number of reasons, but check JOON again in a few days to see if it shows up.

Note: It's possible that a purchase you've made toward the end of a month won't show up before the allowance deadline. If that's the case, we recommend that you manually add the purchase to be reviewed for eligibility.

2. Your connected card got disconnected. If you don't see purchases from the last 7 days, it's more likely that your card(s) got disconnected from your JOON account. This typically happens as a security measure whenever your bank has an internal update to their online banking system. You should receive an email from info@joon.io whenever your connected card gets disconnected.

Follow these steps to reconnect it.
