My email is already connected to a Stripe account — how do I set up direct deposit?
What to do if your email is already linked to an existing Stripe account, a client's Stripe account, or a merchant account when setting up direct deposit in JOON.
Note: This only applies if you're setting up direct deposit for JOON reimbursements. If your employer manages reimbursements directly, you don't need to take any action.
When setting up your Direct Deposit, JOON temporarily redirects you to Stripe to connect your bank account. If your email is already tied to a Stripe account — for example, through a client's platform, a freelance business, or another service — you'll see a dropdown with multiple accounts to choose from.

This is expected. Here's what to do:
Select the account that says JOON Enterprises, PBC from the dropdown. Then connect the checking or savings account where you'd like your reimbursements deposited.
