Selecting existing Stripe account for Direct Deposit reimbursements

How to handle multiple or existing Stripe accounts

Important: This article only applies to benefits recipients who are receiving reimbursements via JOON's Stripe integration. If your employer is managing reimbursements, you do not need to connect your Direct Deposit account.

As part of connecting a Direct Deposit account for reimbursements, you will be temporarily redirected to Stripe. If you already have an account with Stripe as a merchant or otherwise, you will see a dropdown selector like the following.

Choose the account that says JOON Enterprises, PBC for receiving payouts, and connect the Checking or Saving bank account into which you'd like reimbursements deposited.
