How to find a history of your past reimbursements

Your benefits reimbursements are deposited into the Direct Deposit account connected to JOON. You cannot use JOON and receive reimbursements until such an account is connected.

To view past reimbursements, follow these steps:

  1. Once logged into JOON, click on Past reimbursements from within any of your benefits programs.

  2. From here you will see a history of reimbursements deposited to your Direct Deposit account. 

If you have any questions about your reimbursement history, please submit a support ticket and we'll get back to you shortly.

Note: You will not see reimbursements that are pending, only those that have been processed and deposited. If you are waiting on a reimbursement, please first review the reimbursement timeline before submitting a ticket.
