Steps to request eligibility for purchases made with unsupported credit cards

Unfortunately, not all banks and credit cards are currently supported. For example, Apple Cards are not currently supported and neither are credit cards from some credit unions or regional banks.

We recommend connecting a different card to your JOON account for purchases to be automatically reviewed for eligibility. Alternatively, you can manually add purchases made with your card.
