Making changes to a purchase that is either being reviewed or already marked as eligible
Once you request for a purchase to be reviewed for eligibility, it cannot be edited within your dashboard.
If you added a purchase incorrectly (e.g. wrong dollar amount, purchase date, description, etc.), please follow these steps:
- Submit a support ticket so we can invalidate the incorrect purchase.
- Add a new purchase to be reviewed for eligibility with the correct information.
If your purchase was marked as eligible before you realized the mistake, you can invalidate the purchase yourself before the deadline.
