## Manage your email preferences

JOON automatically sends emails for security, convenience, and promotional reasons. You can manage your preferences from your [account settings page](https://benefits.joon.io/settings).

**Purchase eligibility**

You'll receive these emails when you make eligible purchases with your [connected card(s)](https://help.joon.io/connecting-cards?hsLang=en) or when you have a purchase manually [reviewed for eligibility](https://help.joon.io/request-review-for-connected-card-purchase?hsLang=en).

You'll receive recurring email reminders to use any remaining allowance from each benefits program.
